Good company
starts here.

Welcome every level of curiosity.

Treat people with respect regardless of the price, brand or size of their collection. No watch ownership is required. Harassment, discriminatory treatment, intimidation and repeated unwanted contact are not welcome.

Ask before touching, photographing or sharing.

Never handle another person’s watch without permission. Ask before photographing someone, and obtain separate permission before publishing their image. Do not share member contact information, watch details or exact event locations without permission.

Keep relationships ahead of sales.

No unsolicited selling or member solicitation. Disclose watch-industry affiliations; dealers, jewelers and brand representatives must have a conversation with the society before admission. Buying or trading may arise privately through an approved introduction. Members manage their own transactions; the society does not authenticate watches, guarantee transactions or hold payment.

Keep selling introductions personal.

Approved members may request a private connection for a sale, trade-in or consignment. Only submit a watch you own or have authority to discuss, and describe known faults or changes honestly. Neither the society nor its introducer charges or receives a fee or commission. The role is limited to introductions: no buying, custody, appraisal, authentication, sale negotiation or payment handling. The parties agree their own terms and any recipient charges directly. An introduction is never a promise of a sale, a price or future watch access.

Respect the event and its host.

Register in advance, observe venue rules, cancel promptly when plans change, and follow the published age requirements. Alcohol-focused gatherings are 21+. Younger guests are considered only for events without alcohol, with advance human approval and an accompanying parent or guardian.

Guests need a welcome, too.

One adult guest may be requested in advance, subject to approval, rules acceptance and capacity. A guest approval is not itself a reserved place.

Raise concerns privately.

Speak to the designated event host or contact the society privately. Conduct concerns receive individual review and may lead to a request for clarification, a declined request, suspended attendance or termination of membership. The live site will provide a private reporting contact before recruitment opens.
